Main Race Series

1. Offering a 6-Race Late Hatch Series

  • 150 Mile Race
  • 200 Mile Race
  • 250 Mile Race
  • 300 Mile Race
  • 350 Mile Race

2. Accepting birds from May 1^st to September 1^st. Replacements accepted until September 15^th.
3. We are only accepting 400 birds.
4. The Perch Fees are:

• • 1 bird for $100
  • 5 birds for $400
  • 10 birds for $750

4. Perch fees must be paid before or with the birds before they can enter quarantine.
5. Perch Fees are Non-refundable
6. All birds will be vaccinated for PMV upon arrival. They will also be treated for canker and parasites before entering the loft. Pigeons with Pox will not be allowed into the loft.
7. All birds must be banded with 2024 seamless band recognized by a National Organization.
8. Activation fee for race is $350 per bird.
9. Each pigeon entered by breeder must be activated after the 90 Mile Activation Race and before the 2^nd 90 Mile Race (Average Speed Race). No picking and choosing.
10. Birds not activated before the 2^nd 90 Mile Race will become the property of the Gator Classic LHOLR and may be activated by another breeder or sold. Whomever pays activation will become new owner of pigeon.
11. All training and race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and bird status.
12. Birds will not be released if winds exceed 15 mph from the north, south, or crosswinds. I will not release birds in conditions that are detrimental to the birds. My goal is having each bird come home not release in conditions that will only bring home ¼ to ½ of the total amount.
13. All entered birds must compete in the entire race series. The only birds removed from the race series will be those who the staff at the Gator Classic One Loft deem no longer capable of continuing due ONLY to illness or injury and for no other reason.
14. The 90 Mile Race after Activation Race and 150 Mile Race is for average speed only.
15. The 200 Mile Race will count for average speed.
16. The 250 Mile Race will count for average speed and pay first 5 positions by clocking order. based on the number of entrants.
17. The 300 Mile Race will pay first 5 spots by clocking order. Based on the number of entrants.
18. The Top 5 Overall Average Speed Winners will be paid based on 300 birds activated.
19. Prizes for the 350 Mile Race are paid by the first drop then by clocking order. The first drop is considered the first arriving pigeons in a group - for example, if 5 birds arrived together, the first 5 prizes will be added together and evenly distributed between aforementioned 5 birds.
20. Race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and conditions of the birds.
21. If two or more birds show in the clock at the exact time, prizes will be added up and split equally. If a bird does not clock due to piggyback, it will be placed last in the drop order.
22. All races will be stopped 48 hours after release time. Any position not filled within 48 hours will be divided equally with all clocked birds for that race.
23. All races will be paid within 30 days of the final race.
24. Birds will be returned upon request at the breeder's expense.
25. Breeders have 10 days after the final race to claim birds - call, text or email me. If I don’t hear from you the bird or birds will become property of Gator Classic One Loft Race. Claimed birds will be shipped back within 7 days of being contacted. Shipping costs will be deducted from winnings if you have winnings coming to you.
26. Gator Classic One Loft Race reserves the right to refuse service/entry to any breeder or attendee at their discretion.
27. 15% of all the entry fees will be held for race expenses.
28. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the race and are responsible for all applicable taxes.
29. W-9 required for winners of $600 and more.
30. We will scan birds before every race, especially the 90 Mile Activation Race.
31. Gator Classic One Loft will not be held responsible for the loss of birds due to unforeseen events.
32. Birds must be shipped to: 41915 Lillian Lane, Weirsdale, FL 32195
33. All training tosses will be published.
34. All races will have a video done of the actual race releases and posted online.
35. Loft visits are welcome but must be made by appointment only at least 24 hours in advance Monday thru Friday.
36. No pool gambling or gambling of any kind will be permitted on the property.
37. Gator Classic One Loft will use Wincompanion and Benzing for live timing.
